There are 6 single-comfort rooms at the hotel, 13 sq. meters each. All rooms feature: a single bed, a desk, a chair, a luggage table, a built-in wardrobe, a folding sofa, a shower, a toilet, TV, and a telephone.
Some rooms face the public garden, some - the hotel backyard.

There are 59 double rooms at the hotel, 14 sq. meters each.
All rooms feature: two single beds put together, a desk, a chair, a luggage table,
a built-in wardrobe, a shower, a toilet, TV, and a telephone. Some rooms face the public garden, some - the hotel backyard.

Suite
There are 2 suites at the hotel, 30 sq. meters each. Each suite has a bedroom (15 sq. meters), a
living room (15 sq. meters), a hall, and a bathroom. There are one double bed and two bedside tables in the bedroom.
The living room features a desk, a folding sofa, two arm-chairs, two chairs, a coffee table, and a beverage refrigerator.
The built-in wardrobe is in the hall. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet.
There are slippers and two bathrobes in each suite. All windows face the public garden. Junior suite
There are 13 junior suites at the hotel, 30 sq. meters each. Actually these are suites for triple occupancy.
Each junior suite has a bedroom (15 sq. meters), a living room (15 sq. meters), a hall, and a bathroom.
There are one double bed and two bedside tables in the bedroom. The living room features a desk, a
folding sofa (being used as a bed for the third guest), two armchairs, two chairs, and a coffee table.
The built-in wardrobe is in the hall. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet.
TERMS OF SALE
Check in time is 12:00 pm. When the rooms are available, guests are accommodated before the check in time.
If guests want to check in early, they have to confirm the reservation of the previous night and to pay for it.
The guaranteed reservation requires the credit card number or the advanced payment of the bill.
In case of the guaranteed reservation the room will be held for the guest until the check-in time
of the following day. In case of the non-guaranteed reservation the room will be held only until 7:00 pm
of the day of arrival. After that the hotel has a right to sell the room to other guests.
The hotel does not have a business center. Instead we can offer our guests a number of business services: long-distance calls,
fax, copying machine, services of the interpreters. There are two conference rooms accommodating up to 50 people each. Both conference rooms feature VCRs, TV,
overhead projectors, and flipcharts. Notebooks, pens, microphones, and computers are optional.
We offer catering of coffee breaks. When the activity involves up to 200 people, the conference
and catering facilities of the Regional Administration building are available (across the road from the hotel).
We have a special offer for companies arranging corporate activities: all participants obtain a weekend
card providing 20% discount for accommodations from Friday until Sunday within one year.
